Chelsea is profoundly deaf and has learning difficulties. In the summer of 2012 she started a supported internship, working in the Print Shop at the University of Surrey. During the internship, Chelsea gained experience of collating, proof-reading, quality-checking, using folding and binding machines and taking customer orders. She then progressed on to an Apprenticeship at the Print Shop, which she successfully completed, and now works there full time.
